Ronda is a highly skilled and licensed professional with expertise in Advanced Aesthetics, Basic Esthetics, Nail Technology, and Natural Hair. While primarily focused on managing the operations and day-to-day functions of running the school, she plays a key role behind the scenes ensuring everything runs smoothly. Occasionally, Ronda steps onto the floor to teach private classes, sharing her extensive knowledge and experience in Esthetics with students. Her dedication to both the administrative and educational aspects of the business makes her a vital asset to the team

Lindsay Nesberg

Lindsey – Esthetics Instructor

.Lindsey is a fully licensed Cosmetologist and an experienced Esthetics Program Instructor at our school. In addition to teaching Esthetics, she assists on the Hair floor and in the Nail classroom, using her hands-on approach and versatility to help students excel. Known for her ability to teach a variety of disciplines, Lindsey is an invaluable member of our team.

She has completed the Advanced Esthetics Program and is currently studying for her state licensing exam to further enhance her expertise. Beyond her teaching role, Lindsey also serves as the School Manager in the absence of the Director, ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her dedication to both education and management makes her a key contributor to the success of the school.

Melissa A. Smith

Melissa – Advanced Esthetics Instructor

Melissa is our expert in Advanced Esthetics, specializing in the latest skincare techniques and treatments. With a profound knowledge of advanced esthetic services, she is committed to equipping students with the most cutting-edge skills to excel in the beauty industry. In addition to her expertise in skincare, Melissa also teaches specialized laser treatments, including body contouring, photo rejuvenation, laser tattoo removal, and hair removal. She ensures that all students are trained to the highest standards, while also maintaining her certification as a Laser Safety Officer to ensure safe and effective practices. Melissa’s comprehensive approach prepares our students for advanced career opportunities and success in the ever-evolving beauty field.

Christine Eckardt

Chris – Hair & Barbering Instructor

Chris is a licensed Cosmetologist who teaches both our Hair and Barbering Programs. In addition to her role in these programs, she actively contributes to the Esthetics and Nail Programs, as well as our Business Program. Her well-rounded expertise and willingness to support students across multiple areas make her an invaluable asset to Imani Institute.

Kristina Hausman

Kristina – Hair, Esthetics, and Nail Programs Instructor

Kristina, a fully licensed Cosmetologist, teaches in multiple programs at Imani, including Hair, Esthetics, and Nails. Kristina brings her extensive experience and passion for the beauty industry to the classroom, ensuring that students across all disciplines receive the best possible education

Brooke Butler

Brooke – Nail, Esthetics, and Eyelash Extensions Instructor

Brooke is a fully licensed instructor with a wealth of experience across several programs. She teaches Nails and Esthetics, but her expertise also extends to Eyelash Extensions and Private Classes. Brooke’s flexibility allows her to offer students specialized, hands-on training in both foundational and advanced techniques.

Tammy Diaz

Tammy – New Instructor

We are excited to welcome Tammy, a fully licensed Cosmetologist, as the newest addition to our team. Tammy is incredibly versatile and assists in every program at Imani—whether it’s Hair, Esthetics, Nails, or Barbering. Her hands-on support ensures that students in all programs receive the attention and guidance they need to succeed.

Megan Collins

We are thrilled to have Megan on our team. Megan is both a licensed Aesthetician and a licensed Tattoo Artist, specializing in Permanent Makeup. With her unique skill set, Megan brings invaluable experience to our students, especially those interested in pursuing careers in Tattoo Artistry and Permanent Makeup
