Kristina

Kristina is a dynamic, dedicated educator who holds a full cosmetology license and specializes in both hair and barbering. With a keen eye for detail, a passion for creative color, and a commitment to the highest standards in technique and client care, Kristina inspires students to push their skills to the next level. Her approachable teaching style and broad industry experience make her a trusted mentor—guiding future stylists and barbers toward real-world success

Kristy Hair , Nails Esthetics & Barbering Instructor:
Kristy brings years of experience in the beauty industry to Imani Institute of Cosmetology. After spending years behind the chair and owning her own salon, she took some time away from the industry to reset and decide what she wanted her next chapter to look like.
When Kristy toured Imani, she fell in love with the opportunities and experiences available to our students and knew she wanted to be part of it.
Today, she is excited to bring her knowledge and real-world experience into the classroom, where she can teach, mentor, and help the next generation of hairstylists build their confidence, develop their skills, and find their own passion for the beauty industry.
Lindsay
About Lindsay – Multi-Licensed Instructor & Lifelong Learner:
Lindsay is a fully licensed cosmetologist who recently earned her advanced esthetics license and is currently pursuing her tattoo license. Always both teaching and learning, Lindsay brings a passion for growth and a commitment to excellence into every classroom. Her diverse expertise and dedication to staying at the forefront of the industry make her an inspiring mentor for students—helping them build confidence, master new skills, and embrace continuous learning in their own careers.

About Hannah – Massage Therapy Instructor:
Hannah is a skilled and compassionate massage therapy instructor dedicated to student growth and client wellness. With a deep understanding of anatomy, therapeutic techniques, and holistic health, Hannah creates a supportive learning environment where students gain hands-on experience and real-world confidence. About Ronda – Owner & Director
Ronda Partsafas is the owner and director of Imani Institute of Cosmetology. She is licensed in Advanced Esthetics, Basic Esthetics, Nail Technology, Natural Hair Care, and as a Medical Assistant. Ronda is also a Certified Laser Technician and Dermatology Technician. Her passion for education and commitment to student success drive her to create a supportive, high-quality learning environment. Ronda’s leadership ensures that Imani remains a leader in beauty and wellness education, offering innovation, real-world skills, and a caring community for every student.
About Dan Partsafas – Co-Owner & Business Program Lead
Dan Partsafas is the co-owner of Imani Institute of Cosmetology and leads the school’s business and professional development programs. With a background in business and years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, Dan brings practical, real-world insight to the classroom. He is dedicated to teaching students the essentials of business management, client relations, marketing, and financial literacy—empowering future beauty professionals to thrive not just as artists, but as business owners and industry leaders. Dan’s supportive, mentorship-driven approach helps students build confidence and career-ready skills for long-term success.
